What do the numbers in green circles under the replied tab indicate?
The numbers in the green circles indicate the new replies you have received in the respective campaign since you last checked that campaign.
Please note that the total replied number counts unique replies. However, the number badge counts new replies, which can sometimes be higher than total "replies" if one contact responds multiple times.
