Using Tags

Tags are an excellent way for grouping or segmenting your contacts and messages. You can group contacts by industry, geography, size, or any other way you would like to group them like VIP, Agency, Hot Lead, Gifts. You can get creative and create multiple tags relevant to your business. You can assign more than one tag to each contact and also delete tags whenever you want.

You can create tags from the playboard, messages tab, replies tab, and my network tab.

1. From the Playboard: Select the contacts, and the Tag button will appear on the top right of your page, click " Add Tag" button.

Select a pre-existing tag or create a new tag and click save.

How to remove Tag

Please check the screenshot below from the Playboard page, you can similarly delete tags from the messages tab, campaign-overview#contacts tab, and my network tab.

How to search by Tag

Click the filters and select the Tags search form, when you click on it the names of all your pre-existing tags will appear (please check the image below). Pick the tag you want to search and hit apply, it will display all the contacts tagged with the tag name. You have similar options on messages tab, campaign-overview#contacts tab, and my network tab.
