How you can create a custom field

You can now create up to 10 custom fields for your message personalization.

Please go to the Settings > Custom Field page, then click on “Add Custom Field” button.

You will now need to choose what type of custom field you want to add.

It's important to note that these custom fields are handy when you are importing a CSV list that contains dynamic value and you can map it with your custom field during the import.
